Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment date, failure to do so will mean the appointment must be paid for in full.

Late Arrivals: To ensure that all appointments run smoothly we ask that you arrive within 5 minutes of your appointment time; late arrival may be treated as missing your appointment and will not be refunded.
